Gili Trawangan, Lombok — one of the most popular dive locations in Indonesia. The trip is planned normally over the long weekends. As we need at least 4 days.

The diving is great and you will be sure of seeking sharks, turtles and many species of large fish in great abundance. Let your hair down at night at one of the many bars and restaurants along the beachfront, the most happening place in all the Gilies. For the cost of this trip please call the Dive Shop; it includes airfares, transfers, accommodation and two tank boat dive for three days with your own equipment. Should you require rental equipment, this is available from KKD or may be rented from our affiliated Dive Center on the island. Night Dives will be available.

Diving Bunaken - Manado, North Sulawesi

Only a few kilometers offshore from Manado lies the Bunaken/Manado Tua Marine Park, This tiny cluster of islands are surrounded by some of Indinesia's very finest coral reefs, acclaimed by Divers who find there the perfect combination of abundant marine life, pristine, coral and crystal-clear waters unbeatable. Diving in this area yields spectacular vistas on the sheer walls with visibililty consitently 25-30M range. The "muck" diving should not be dismissed though. Seahorse, flying gurnard plus varieties of well known species where evolution just went down a different track.
For this trip minimum 4 days/3 nights

Kristal Klear Dive is also running a trip to dive the beautiful Sengyang Island along with the HMAS Perth & USS Houston.

Just to visit Krakatau, the still active volcano, is worth the trip, but to dive there as well, is icing on the cake. The lava flows descend into the water where beautiful coral and fish are thriving. Sangyang Island is in the Sunda Strait, has fabulous shallow water dives butting up to its cliffs.

HMAS Perth & USS Houston are the two once proud warship now lie silent in the depths at the entrance to the Sunda strait HMAS Perth was an eight gun 6” light cruiser and USS Houston a nine gun 8” heavy cruiser. More often than not conditions of current and visibility are tricky, so these dives are not for the inexperienced. These ships are famous in the annals of Naval history and the events leading up to their demise well documented. Spectacular and emotional diving.

Divers please take into mind for diving the HMAS Perth & USS Houston that you must have at least some Deep Diver training (as these wrecks lie in deep water around 28-37 meters) and are aware that there are some very serious and strong currents that run through the Sunda Straits where these wrecks are located. Usually we only accept Divers that we know are capable of handling such strenuous conditions.

We will be staying at the Indogryia Housing located in Merak just 1.5 hours drive from Jakarta. We have worked out some options for diving over the weekend based on many options for our fellow divers. But some of the weekends, we also run this trips and stay over night on the beautiful 60ft Sailing Ketch "Cecelia Ann" (see below).

On most weekends, you'll find a team of divers from Kristal Klear Dive out in the THOUSAND ISLANDS (Pulau Seribu) diving the heck out of it. A typical group will contain a good mixture of novice and experienced divers, so divers new to the group need never feel “on their own”. We usually stay in these small beautiful Islands:

Putri Island can be reached by 90 minutes boat ride from Ancol Marina. Most of the dives are reef walls, max depth 22-25 meters. the dive sites are off the island and surrounding the island and there's a wreck called 'papa teo' the depth is between 20-28 meters. All of the Island is sand and there're lazy boy chairs where you can soak up the sun, the actual beach it self is quite small and can be disappear at high tide.

Facilities: Paddle Boat, Tennis Court, Under water aquarium (f.o.c), Glass Bottom Boat (f.o.c), Banana Boat, Canoe

Sepa Island has outstanding white sandy beaches for sunning, turquoise water, corals reef formation and teeming with interesting marine life make Sepa Island and surrounding popularly known as a paradise for diver.

There are 43 neat and clean air-conditioned cottages, built in small native design with private showers, a lavatory and terrace facing to the sea. Cottage & Room Type : " Penyu " or " Flipper "

The specious restaurant will provide buffet meals or set meal in different tasty menu from western, Chinese and Indonesia including seafood. We also prepare seats right on the beach under the shade of open huts, where you may enjoy both meals and sea breeze.
More interestingly is, not only meals will be provided but entertainment such as Vocal Group Singers and traditional dance will make your vacation more interesting. (Weekend only) At the same place in restaurant, there is a discotheque ready for your night entertainment upon request or special request on specific party or just ignore it and remains peaceful.

Recreation Facilities: Glass bottom boat, banana boat, jet-ski, fishing boat, dive sport is available.

Kristal Klear Dive normally hosts a Beer-B-Q for its guests on the beach on Saturday night. This is when the days adventures are recalled, lies swapped and elbows bent - or not!

If you would like to join the dive group, we can arrange bookings for both divers and non-divers alike.

The sheer diversity of Bali's Dives puts them among the world's best. Here, we are sure, your diving experience will be truly amazing. Bali's most dived location, the liberty wreck, is suitable for all levels of divers. Muck diving at Secret Bay for macro critters is at its finest. The visibility ranges from 4-10 M and there are some rare species to be found.
Also possible if you want to continue your open water course, doing the pool sessions in Jakarta and the open water dives in beautiful underwater Bali

The trip will be include both diving and other activities such as trekking, canoeing etc in the National Park. Proposed Itinerary would go as follows:

Day 1
Meet aboard the Cecelia Ann at Marina Villa's Anyer. We will depart during the night.

Day 2
The day will be spent at Krakatau Volcano; the opportunity to climb the volcano will be available if the conditions are stable and safe. There will be diving and snorkeling available on several sites around Krakatau and Rakarta. Saturday night will be spent at Rakarta Island, with the option of a night dive for any one interested. Early the following morning we will depart for Ujung Kulon National Park.

Day 3
Arrive mid morning at Puecang Island, were we will base ourselves for the next 48 hours. Here there are several walks available, great white sandy beaches, fringed by unspoiled coral reefs. Whether you are up for diving, beachcombing, snorkeling, bird watching or jungle trekking Puecang has plenty to offer. Diving includes some great drift dives, shallow reef dives and a Pinnacle Dive.

We will put together a program of activities based around the various needs of the group to accommodate diving and non- diving activities.

Day 4
All day at Puecang, departing late afternoon for Handeuleum Island where we will spend the night.

Day 5
Early that morning we will try and organize a Canoe trip up the Cigenter river, if available. After the canoe trip we will head across to Badol Island for some snorkeling and diving, before sailing back up the coast to Anyer. ETA in Anyer will approximately 7pm. Guests are welcome to spend the night aboard and return to Jakarta on Wednesday morning.

Cost of trip : US$600/Diver and US$540/Non Diver

This cost includes all park entrance fees (except treks and canoeing costs), Park Dive Fees, all catering and drinks (except alcohol which is on a BYO basis). Treks and canoeing will be paid directly by the guests participating in these activities. Generally treks work out at 10,000 to 15,000 per person depending on distance and the canoeing works out at 75,000 per person.

Live-aboard trip with 'Cecelia Ann' Boat

Kristal Klear Dive is organising trip to Thousand Island which will be different than the ussual. We will sail from Jakarta (Pluit Port) to many beautiful dive sites from North to South of Thousand Island area with 'Cecelia Ann'... We will sail on Friday night, to the northern end of the islands and work our way down finishing up at the southern end by Sunday lunch time. Plenty of snorkeling, scurfing for the kids, diving, explore some deserted islands and great scenery.

Departure ; Friday night from Pantai Mutiara (North Jakarta) and return to Jakarta on the Sunday at about 4.30 pm at the same port.

The cost is US$315 per diver... including ; Full meals (all catering except alcoholic beverages which BYO), Tank & Airfills, weights & belt, Aaannd..... unlimited DIVES !!!

US$285 for Non Divers/Snorkelers, includes the above except diving.

Itinerary
Depart Jakarta to Denpasar Bali, stay one night in Denpasar.

Day 1
Fly Denpasar to Labuan Bajo Immediate transfer to vessel in time for lunch. Vessel embarks into the Komodo National Park.

Day 2
Pink Sand Beach, Komodo. Dragon Walk and Diving and Snorkeling at one of the most beautiful tropical locations in the world.

Day 3
After an Early morning relocation we wake in the remote southern waters of Komodo National park. Highlights are the diving with Manta rays, and some of the worlds richest reefs.

Day 4
Padar. This uninhabited island in the middle of the park boasts some of the most spectacular dive sites in Komodo.

Day 5
North Komodo. This day will be spent diving the stunning sea mounts and small islands in the north of Komodo. Great pelagic fish activity, sharks, Manta’s and schools of dazzling reef fish makes this region a must on our itinerary.

Day 6
Labuan Bajo. A relaxed breakfast, and a brief tour of Labuan Bajo before meeting your return flight to Denpasar.
